陈铁珊（1733-1799）清代画家。号两峰，又号衣云、别号花之寺、金牛山人、 洲渔父、师莲老人。祖籍安徽歙县，后为江苏甘泉（今扬州）人。在扬州自称住处谓“朱草诗林”。为金农入室弟子，未作官，好游历。画人物、佛像、山水、花果、梅、兰、竹等，无所不工。笔调奇创，超逸不群，别具一格。为“扬州八怪”之一。他又善画《鬼趣图》，描写形形色色的丑恶鬼态，无不极尽其妙，借以讽刺当时社会的丑态。亦善刻印，著有《广印人传》。金农死后，他搜罗遗稿，出资刻版，使金农的著作得以传于后世。其代表作有：《物外风标图》（册页）、《两峰蓑笠图》、《丹桂秋高图》、《成阴障日图》、《 谷清吟图》、《画竹有声图》等。著有《香叶草堂集》。其山水绘画崇古摹拟而不拘一格，融南、北二宗为一体，画名满天下，被誉为“画圣”。
